CUSTOM ORDER REQUIREMENT:

Please email a picture or artwork of the design with dimension to heartbeatsusa@yahoo.com

Once we receive the artwork or picture, we will send you a quote according to the size and quantity.

Minimum Requirement:

Minimum 24 Quantity required for custom order.

Price: 

$14.99 per transfer for 24 or more transfers (depending on number of rhinestone and color)

$11.99 per transfer for 50 or more transfers 

$9.99 per transfer for 100 or more transfers 

An Artwork or a clean picture with dimension (width and height) is required by email for an exact quote.

$100 Deposit (Non Refundable) required to start the work (Goes towards your total purchase) (Design Fee is included in the deposit)

Once you pay the deposit, we will start the work and send you the design proof within 2-3 days.

Once you approve the design, Balance amount needs to be paid.

Total Turn Around time is 10-15 days after paying the deposit for the custom order.

Intellectual Proerty & Copyright material, Logo: 

Note: TexasRhinestone.com is an independent corporation and refrain from designing third party Logo or copyright material, unless getting a signed copy of approval from the rightful owner of the design or logo. 

If customer is the original owner of the aforesaid design, he/she acknowledges and agrees that he/she is the rightful owner of the custom order material, design or logo and has full right to use, publis the design to any media, making, printing and selling the material to any individuals or organizations. He/she agrees to provide us a copy of the intellectual property ownership and registration. (PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION OF THE OWNERSHIP). Customer also agrees to keep TexasRhinestone harmless and indemnified from any loss and damages caused by publising the aforesaid design to social media or any media, making, printing and selling the material to any individuals or organizations. 

If Customer is not the direct owner of the custom material but has the permission from the Original owner, to use, publis the design to any media, making, printing and selling the material to any individuals or organizations. (PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION OF THE PERMISSION TO USE). Customer also agrees to keep TexasRhinestone harmless and indemnified from any loss and damages caused by publising the aforesaid design to social media or any media, making, printing and selling the material to any individuals or organizations. 

If the aforesaid design is not a third party Logo or copyright material ot intellectual property, Customer acknowledges and agrees that this custom order is not an intellectual property or copyright Logo of any other third party or organization and he/she takes all resposibilites by making, printing and selling the material on his/her own discretion. Customer also agrees to keep TexasRhinestone harmless and indemnified from any loss and damages caused by publising the aforesaid design to social media or any media, making, printing and selling the material to any individuals or organizations.
